What is a Birthday Party like at Kids Club?
Our semi-hosted parties allow groups to have a party room, where they can eat pre-ordered food, serve cake, and open presents! Our party host will make sure your room is set up with plates, utensils, and serving tools, food is in the room, and will clean up afterward. Parents will be able to serve themselves and party guests.

Reminders:

No outside food or drink is allowed, with the exception of a birthday cake (smash cakes not permitted).

Drinks are only allowed in the party room.

Decorations: Please avoid piñatas, sound systems, confetti, or glitter. Tablecloths and toppers are allowed, as are helium balloons. If you plan to hang any wall decorations, please confirm with your party host first.

Goody bags must be kept at the front desk. Parents are responsible for distributing them as guests leave.

We do not provide refrigeration or freezer space for cakes. Please plan accordingly.

Playtime in The Jungle after the party is included until closing time (see your confirmation or our website for hours).

Deposit & Fees:

A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to reserve your party.
-
A $25 rebooking fee applies if you need to change your party date or time.
-
You can make changes to your food order up to 48 hours before your party.
Party Details:

Each party starts with 1 hour in The Jungle play area, followed by up to 1 hour in your private party room.
-
Party hosts will check in with you throughout your time in the party room to ensure you have everything you need, such as drinks, utensils, and other supplies.

Guest Limits:

The party space has a capacity of 50 people, with the price including 15 participants. Children who are walking, up to age 12, count as participants. Non-walkers and guests over age 13 count toward the overall 50-person limit.

Each additional participant over the included number is $15. Punch Passes and coupons cannot be used for extra participants.
What to Bring:

Socks are required for everyone entering The Jungle play area, including parents. ✦ No sticky socks allowed ✦.

We provide all necessary paper goods, cutlery, and candles. However, you’re welcome to bring your own if preferred.

Payment Information:

The remaining party balance is due at the end of your event. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, debit cards, and cash. No checks, please.

Any additional children over the included guest count will incur a $15 fee per child. Please note, Punch Passes and coupons cannot be used for extra party guests.

Any add-ons or rebooking fees will be added to your final bill.​
