Swim Lessons

Our programs use a unique curriculum that provides outstanding skill development while having lots of fun! We offer year-round classes with one lesson per week, and two-week summer swim camps with 4 lessons per week.

No matter the skill level of your little swimmer, all of our classes are structured to appropriately focus on three important areas: Stroke Development, Breath Control, and Water Safety & Survival Skills. If you are not sure what level to choose for your child, call us and we will happily arrange a Free Swim Evaluation.

These 30-minute parent/tot classes, for your newborn/infant through 3-year old, are a great way to bond with your little one and use their inborn reflexes to learn to swim, all while you and your baby enjoy the comforts of our 90 degree pool.

Our classes are broken into groups according to their age (3-5 years and 6+ years) and proficiency level (1 to 5). Prerequisites for advanced classes are listed in the class description. Class meets 1x week.

This class  focuses on the development of the precise technique for each of the four main strokes – Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke, and Butterfly. Stroke Development also works to make safe swimmers and increase endurance.

The completion of our Pre-Swim Team OR the ability to swim 100 meters of each of the four main strokes (Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke, and Butterfly) with the appropriate starts, turns, and finished for each stroke while demonstrating advanced technique.

The completion of Stroke Development OR the ability to swim 25 – 50 meters of each of the four main strokes (Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke, and Butterfly) while demonstrating proper technique.
